Early Life
As revealed in a podcast, Toxic Lyrikali grew up in Kayole, Eastlands of Nairobi. He was inspired to do music at a young age. During his high school days, when not playing football, Toxic would spend his time in the studio. He used to do freestyles with his peers and would occasionally visit the studio to record his songs.
Music Career
Toxic Lyrikali revealed that he had begun music in 2019 and then joined a crew in 2020 and later went back to a solo career in 2022. Toxic Lyrikali officially began his music career as a solo artist in 2022, following the creation of his brand, Mboka Doba, which translates to “the music business”. In the KiStar Show Podcast, He credits his success to the likes of Master VK and Beat Kidd, who initially helped him release his first songs. “
