Shalkido Biography: Music, Age, Real Name and more
Shalkido real name Kelvin Mburu Kinyanjui, born in 2001, was a Kenyan artist and entertainer. Sadly, he passes away on 7th October 2025 after a grisly accident. He will be greatly remembered for his contribution to the music industry together with his musical crew Sailors Gang.

Cause of Death
According to reports, Shalkido died following a motorbike accident that occurred in the wee hours of Monday morning while coming from a concert in Thika. He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced brain dead. He sadly passed away moments after being taken to Kenyatta National Hospital. Social media users learnt about the report from family and popular blogs in the country.

Musical Career
Shalkido began his musical career officially in 2018 after joining his musical crew. Together they formed Sailors Gang. During his musical career, Shalkido has released several songs together with his team members of Sailors Gang: Miracle Baby, Cocos Juma and Lexxy Yung.

Family
Shalkido has left behind a young family of two: his wife and one kid. His young family was residing in Mombasa while he lived in Nairobi. According to 2Mbili, Shalkido has vowed to support his family and had previously asked Kenyans to support him in buying a motorbike to support his young family back at home due to the harsh reality of life.
Unfortunately, the motorbike which he was handed over by Kenyans led by Erick Omondo as has ended his life.
