Pastor Ezekiel Odero was arrested on Thursday 27 March 2023, concerning the Shakahola massacre. Pastor Ezekiel was released on Thursday 4th March 2023 after spending one week at the police station. It is alleged that Pastor Ezekiel had been detained for his case which is closely related to that of pastor Paul McKenzie.
