Davido new album “Timeless” 2023 | Tracklist & Review

Nigerian artist Davido is back yet again with another new album titled “Timeless”, release date: March 31, 2023. “Timeless” is Davido’s fourth studio album. The album is set to be released just after Davido had gone through some difficult moments in his life after losing a loved one.

Timeless Album Announcement

Davido announced his new album “Timeless” on 21 March 2022 in an Instagram post captioned-

“There is a time for everything. A time to Grieve and a time to Heal.
A time to Laugh and a time to Dance. A time to Speak and A time for Silence.

Thank you to everyone out there for your love and support that has held me down. All the love and messages while I was away, the gifts sent, the concerts you all threw! I appreciate it all. Today, I want to remind you all that what is now Timeless, was once new. It’s time for new.

Timeless Cover Art

The cover art showcases different art and has different perspectives of how life is. Sometimes we may be in hard times but it’s just a way of life. In the cover art, we can see a “Dove” which simplifies hope. We can also see a road that leads to the forest and it diverts in an hour glass.

According to Wikipedia, the hourglass, sometimes with the addition of metaphorical wings, is often depicted as a symbol that human existence is fleeting and that the “sands of time” will run out for every human life

Also in the same cover art we can see two elephants and trees. They symbolize life.

Also on the 27th of March ahead of the release of the “Timeless” album, Davido announced his Puma Collection which is set to be released globally on April 7, 2023. In an Instagram post, Davido captioned;

“My collection with PUMA will be released globally on April 7th! Thank you to everyone for patiently waiting on this, it means the world to me.

I will be doing meet and greets at PUMA stores in New York and the UK, just before my shows and would love to see you all there!
