Who are Ethic Entertainment?
Ethic Entertainment is a musical group from Kenya made up of Swat Matire, Rekles, Seska and Zilla. The group wa formed in 2018 after they released their hit song “Lamba Lolo”. Since then, Ethic entertainment have released several songs such as “Dondoka”, “Soko” and many others.
In 2020, Ethic entertainment released their new album “Big Man Bado Odinare” which has 8-Tracks. When the album was released, Ethic became the first gengetone group to release an album. Ethic entertainment have also collaborated with artists such as Khaligraph Jones, Boondocks gang, Mejja, Ochungulo Family and many others.
What does Staga nikimedi means?
Staga nikimedi simply means, Staggering while meditating. In this case, it might mean when someone is high on something. Most of the time a person is known to be staggering when maybe they are drunk, maybe taken alcohol. So Ethic in the song might be referencing this.
Who is Swat Matire?
Swat Matire also known as Mtoto wa Eunice is a Kenyan artist, Ethic entertainment member signed under Black Market Records. Swat is best known for his catchy hooks and songs that relate well with the youths. Matire is a sheng word that means bhang or Cannabis sativa. Swat may have used the name Matire to reference cannabis sativa.
Who is Rekles Ethic Entertainment
Rekles is a rapper, singer and songwriter from Kenya. He is a member of Ethic Entertainment. Rekles is best known for making choruses sound catchy. For example when he was invited by Willis Raburu to be a guest artist in the song ‘Kalale’, Rekles ended up being the main artist in the song. It is claimed that Rekles is the king of hooks and choruses in the group Ethic Entertainment.
