Boy Spyce is a Nigerian artist signed under Mavin Records music label. He is the new signee to the record label unveiled on 15 April 2022. Mavin Records is one of the greatest African record label owned by business mogul Don Jazzy. Don Jazzy recognises new talents and helps them grow in their career by giving them a platform, mentorship and guidance. We have seen new stars rise from the record label, one of the most notable being Ayra Starr and Magixx who blew up in 2021.

Boy Spyce real name Ugbekile David Osemeke (born 10 May 2001) is a young talented 21 year old singer & songwriter from Nigeria signed under Mavin Records. He started his music career in 2019 when he did a cover by Wizkid and Beyonce called Brown Skin Girl, since then he has been releasing songs until he met Don Jazzy who signed him under Mavin Records in 2022.

On 15th April 2022, Boy Spice released his debut EP under his new management titled “Boy Spice EP”. The EP is available for streaming on all digital platforms.

In the self-titled debut EP, Boy Spyce makes a quick introduction of himself through the EP which has 5 tracks. On the cover art, Boy Spyce is seen holding a rabbit. This symbolizes humble beginnings.

Have to give massive kudos to @boyspyce and the Mavin team for being so patient and sticking to plan. In this times where most people are just looking for one quick viral moment instead of going thru proper artist development. We could have rushed and activated prematurely when he had this moment but he showed great restraint and chose to stick to his training.
