Pakamia Anthem Challenge explained
Pakamia Anthem Challenge is an open challenge that seeks to empower talented Kenyan artists and award them for their creativity and talent. Pakamia Anthem Challenge began on 6th June 2023 calling out Kenyan artists and content creators to join and participate. This week, the Pakamia team released a list of ten shortlisted artists who participated in the challenge.
What is Pakamia?
According to their website, Pakamia is Kenya’s number one crash game. Users, sign up on the website, load their wallet, and place a stake with as low as Ksh. 10 then cash out before the flames. There are some terms and conditions that one needs to accept. You can visit the website or their socials to learn more.
The Challenge
The Pakamia Anthem Challenge involves creating a theme song for the company. The challenge is in partnership with their influencers and brand ambassadors Eric Omondi and Amberay. Also, Pakamia has partnered with Elev8 producer Motif Di Don.
Steps to participate to join the challenge:
1. Log into www.pakamia.ke and sign up.
2. Create a user name. (This will be the unique identifier used for the challenge).
3. Go to youtube: https://youtube.com/@motifdidon2973 for the instrumental.
4. Create a song for Pakamia.
5. Post your hit song and tag us on @pakamia_@elev8_africa@ericomondi@iam_amberay and hashtag #pakamia
Pakamia Anthem Challenge Winners
The winners of the challenge get to be awarded as follows;
- The first position gets awarded Ksh. 100, 000, the second position gets awarded Ksh. 50, 000 and the third position walks home with Ksh. 25, 000
- The video with the most shares will be awarded Ksh. 20, 000
- Also, the winner gets a single recording deal with Motif Didon’s Elev8 Studio

Since the challenge began on 6th June 2023, Pakamia has released a list of ten shortlisted artists who participated in the challenge and made their way to the finals. The shortlisted artists include;

Voting
The voting process began on the 13th of June and the winners will be determined by the number of votes. You can vote for your favorite artist via this link
